Return and Refund Policy

How do I request a product return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or refund. Exceptions apply, please read the "Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items" section below.
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, the first thing you need to do is go to the following link: https://digital357.com/apps/returns and start the return, exchange, or refund process. The return must be previously approved by us. You will need to provide a brief explanation of the reason why you want to make the return, exchange, or refund, and upload photos of the product. Your case will be analyzed, and you will receive a response within the next 2 to 4 business days, informing you whether the return, exchange, or refund is approved or not.
If the return, exchange, or refund is approved, you will receive an email informing you that the return was approved, and you will be sent instructions specifying how and where to send the product.
Important: Do not send the product without having been notified of the approval of the return, exchange, or refund. The shipping costs of a return are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues.
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), except for manufacturing defects and/or damages caused by the transport company. Returns of items on sale and/or gift cards will not be accepted. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at soporte@digital357.com (initiate the return procedure).
Returns and exchanges for the European Union.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 10 days after receiving the product. As previously indicated, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must comply with the return procedure, explained above.
Refunds.
Once the return is approved, and the product is received and inspected by us or our providers at the address previously sent in the email, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process the refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The costs of reshipping a new product may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
