What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. And we also accept: Shop Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. However, we recommend that you create an account if you want to review your order history and save your shopping cart items and payment details for next time. It's quick and easy to create an account. To register, you only need an email and by registering you can get interesting discounts.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at soporte@digital357.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via soporte@digital357.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

Can I alter my order?

Unfortunately we cannot modify your order. Once we start processing it, it cannot be modified. If you need to order a larger quantity or additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Orders requiring shipping within the US will be delivered within four to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside the US may take 15 to 30 days. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered according to the expected deadlines and we will check the status of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.


Can I return or exchange an item?

You may return your item to us in full, within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Exceptions apply. We suggest you read the return and refund policy in the Policies section in the Main Menu.

How do I return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or refund. Exceptions apply, please read the "Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items" section below.

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, the first thing you need to do is go to the following link: https://digital357.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns and start the return, exchange, or refund process. The return must be previously approved by us. You will need to provide a brief explanation of the reason why you want to make the return, exchange, or refund, and upload photos of the product. Your case will be analyzed, and you will receive a response within the next 2 to 4 business days, informing you whether the return, exchange, or refund is approved or not.

If the return, exchange, or refund is approved, you will receive an email informing you that the return was approved, and you will be sent instructions specifying how and where to send the product.

Important: Do not send the product without having been notified of the approval of the return, exchange, or refund. The shipping costs of a return are the responsibility of the customer.
